Regular review of business strategies based on acquired insights enables companies to drive sustainable growth and continue staying relevant for current and future customers. During my career, I have successfully developed and led implementation of several change communications strategies, as part of global change programs. I supported leadership and communications teams and worked closely with business strategists, subject matter experts and human resources teams to ensure successful outcomes of change programs.

 

Examples of such programs can be digital transformation, technology and science innovation initiatives, strategy execution through balance scorecard, closing, moving and building new sites, carve-outs and separation processes, but a also mergers. In addition, change programmes for implementation of new IS systems and upgrade of ERP platforms, leaders empowerment and employee engagement programmes, embedding new culture and living company values. Last, but not least also talent attraction, retention and further development as well as securing access to strategic capabilities.
