Why?
There is no fixed process that makes you win a contract! Each project business is unique and it is vital to find the right success factors, adapt and find a way how to differentiate from your competitors. Providing consultancy services in sales, tendering and business development, means that my contribution shall make a difference and my clients shall trust that I contribute to enhance their business. Taking responsibility, lead and being fully operational in the tender work, I see as prerequisites. At the same time, I join my client's team, where we all benefit from each others competences and experiences.

To whom?
My customers are within energy transmission & distribution (T&D) substation business also including HVDC and FACTS plants. The reasons for why clients address me differ. Either they are already established on the Swedish market and need support to scale up their present business or/and develop their portfolio to enter new market segments. Other clients are new on the Swedish market and look for leadership to establish and guide them with local conditions as well as to provide access to networks of local subsuppliers and partners.
